Xenial Events was founded in 2019 out of a love for staffing events. While our initial goal was to automate and simplify the staffing process to assist in the seamless running of events, team Xenial grew to encompass more services in the niche of administration and technical support. Because building human connections is our core value, we handpick and train staff to bring out the best of their abilities on the grounds of our carefully chosen venues, as well as raise their awareness of the goals of collaborating companies and its project requirements to best serve its purpose.
Big or small, physically or virtually, Xenial Events is ready to manage any event from planning and debriefing to buildup and breakdown, while approaching challenges with studied, tailored solutions. In short, “The Show Must Go On.”

Meet The Team
We’re a growing team of administratives, executives and creatives. Intertwined with our warm personality, we wear many hats in devotion to helping companies like yours grow.
Pramit genuinely cares about fostering human connection, so he founded Xenial Events.
With a bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming and an MBA minored in Marketing, Pramit started off as a freelancer in the event industry. He also worked in tons of other positions both in India and the U.A.E., including being a business developer and project head. In other words, he found his feet in entrepreneurship long before he became one. It was not until 2019 that Pramit translated his vision to the real world, with the intention to empower freelancers with state-of-the-art technology. With a human-centric approach, he established Xenial Events as a staffing event company, all the while crafting new methods, raising standards, and constantly eyeing improvement.
In his spare time, Pramit likes to go for a ride and relax to the soothing sound of the waves.
Sahil shoots straight and never misses.
Sahil has an insatiable appetite for technology and applications. Because graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering did not quench his thirst for knowledge, Sahil pursued a master’s degree in Computer Application. To develop his industry knowledge, he worked in a number of reputable companies – both in India and the U.A.E. – including Microsoft and Drift, and enjoyed developing dozens of apps. He then joined forces with Pramit in 2019 to establish Xenial Events, and, ever since then, he developed a love for staffing events, namely connecting with others through technology.
When he’s not in the office, Sahil enjoys playing billiards and guitar and hunting down restaurants that serve butter chicken.
Munim is our source of comfort and the mentor everybody needs.
Munim brings a wealth of knowledge to the table with years of diverse experience in the fields of telecommunication and customer service satisfaction. He also has prior experience in the event staffing industry, which molded him into the ideal operations manager he is today. By working at Xenial, Munim discovered his passion that encompassed both creativity and decision-making.
In his free time, Munim enjoys spending time with his friends.
Taha speaks the language of numbers.
Being a knowledge enthusiast at heart, Taha resolved to transfer the knowledge he gained during his time at ACCA and CPA, and from his degrees in MBA and MCOM to the real world. And that’s what he did when he was appointed by Griffen & Nagda Chartered Accountants and Tamjeed Consultants in the accounting industry, and RERA AKA Dubai Land Department in the Real Estate industry. Taha took his professional expertise to a new height by setting up Push Digits two years later, which became one of the leading audit, accounting and business services firms in Dubai. Being a leader in his own field also bestowed upon him the merits of extending his knowledge to others by training hundreds of professionals in the audit and tax industries and giving speeches for various events, of which the latter ignited a love for the event industry. In joining Xenial Events as a Chief Financial Officer, Taha made it his mission to come to the aid of Xenial’s finances by employing his analytical and problem-solving skills, and empower others through his experiences.
When he’s not busy tapping on his calculator, Taha enjoys spending time with his friends and family and indulges in reading.
Ruth is the definition of persistence and fierce.
With her extensive experience in retail and customer service, Ruth hopped on the journey of building genuine connections with clients at Xenial. She is crafted in administrative support and streamlining internal business management, processes, and communications. She is also impeccably organized and a client-focused enthusiast, and vigorously runs to the front line with outstanding solutions to achieving business objectives and cultivating business relationships and client engagements.
In her spare time, Ruth enjoys spending time with her kids, studying new things, and web surfing.
Shamesse is our laughter dose and the contagious positive energy at Xenial.
In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Science in Information Technology, Shamesse held prominent positions throughout her career as an SEO specialist and analyst, and data encoder prior to joining Xenial Events as an Admin Associate. Very recently, Shamesse was entrusted with the role of a Project Associate, which she sees as an opportunity to further develop her knowledge in project delivery as well as enjoy the perk of sustaining long-lasting relationships with her clients.
In her free time, Shamesse is found strolling around with her family everywhere – malls, parks, and even grocery stores!
Mayette – her colleagues call her ‘Mae’ – is the life of Xenial and your shoulder-to-cry-on bestie.
Before beginning her time at Xenial Events, Mayette served as a general accountant, payroll support officer, and accounts receivable officer in the Philippines. She then flew abroad to seize the opportunity of working as an administrative support officer but sticking to her craft in accountancy all the while. Mayette is a go-getter who loves a challenge, and it is because of her love for numbers that Xenial entrusted her with its finances.
When she’s not in the office, Mayette enjoys shopping, watching movies, and video-calling her friends and family.
Maricel is your number 1 go-to when your efficiency is lacking, and your desk is a mess.
In addition to her bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education, Maricel has an excellent track record in Food and Business operations and customer service. When she joined Xenial, she quickly found that this was the industry for her. She also found that her skills encapsulated both organization and discipline, traits that molded her into the Front Desk Executive she is today. Enthusiastic, perseverance and determination come naturally to her. She has an eye for detail that always brings a refreshed shine to the team and office.
In her free time, Maricel enjoys cooking and baking something new in the kitchen.
Yara is the voice of Xenial and the lending hand you need when things get sticky.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, Yara knew two things – she wanted to pursue her master’s and take up content writing as a career. Spoiler alert: She did both. Prior to joining Xenial as our Social Media Content Associate, Yara took up several positions in the fields of translation, content writing, English-language tutoring, and customer service, after which she applied to pursue her master’s in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) in Malaysia. When it comes to her creativity and meticulousness, Yara is beyond compare. Her articles – some of which made it to Forbes Middle East and Wikipedia – speak for herself.
In her spare time, Yara enjoys making TikToks, acting, journaling, and engaging in calligraphy.
Aido handles projects by day, and shoots arrows by night.
In addition to majoring in Banking and Finance for his bachelor’s degree, Mohamad held prominent positions throughout his career as sales and deal closer, before climbing up the ladder to point of sale supervisor. Due to his nature of being a good listener, coupled with his time-management and great leadership skills, Mohamad found his way to other management positions in the event industry, which included being an event organizer and operation and a team leader and manager, prior to joining Xenial Events as Project Associate.
When he’s not in office, Aido enjoys reading books and making gains at the gym.
Harnessing technology to breathe life into business, Faisal is the tech whisperer at Xenial.
When it comes to handling digital data, Faisal is a natural. This is why upon graduating with a diploma in Business Administration, Faisal resolved to bring digital solutions to the problems he faced during his time as a sales and marketing executive. He also blends in well with the crowd, which paid for his seamless transition into the events industry, where he worked as a team supervisor and on-site manager, prior to joining Xenial Events as a Technical Associate. Faisal values cultivating strong ties with the people with which he has worked, which accounts for his exceptional teamwork and consultative skills. Additionally, and thanks to his detail-orientation and analytic and critical thinking, Faisal is able to bring complex business outcomes to life.
Faisal enjoys playing competitive games and building high-end PCs.
Marie’s communication prowess orchestrates clarity and connection.
Being at the heart of the staffing industry coupled with her experience as a registration staff, telecommunications, operations executive, and exhibitor services coordinator to many renowned events, few of which include GITEX, Dubai Airshow and Seamless Middle East, Marie has earned a reputation for her attention to detail and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Xenial saw the true people charmer in Marie, with her enchanting ability to click with anyone and leave them spellbound, and knew she was the obvious choice as the Client Relations Executive.
Beyond her professional achievements, Marie holds her family and kids as one of the most significant accomplishments. When she’s not busy crafting unforgettable experiences for Xenial’s customers, Marie enjoys baking cakes and embarking on new adventures with her family, cherishing the moments that matter.
